Destiny

As the doors opened
The warm sunlight smiled
On the path ahead
That I set out to transcend

As I walk
Clouds form a pathway
Nature leads me
There I see my awaiting destiny

Destiny intangible
Inescapable luring towards it
As I take one step at a time
To my destiny I submit

Call it fate if you please
Or a desire to know more
Of the future to appease
n'sense delight to the core

As I take another step
The gentle breeze urges me on
To make another journey
Into another day's dawn
